The problem we set out to solve.
Most POS products solve for one vertical and one price point. Operators running mixed estates — a restaurant, a bar, a forecourt — end up running three different systems, three reporting formats, and three vendor relationships. We wanted one platform that could cover all of it without compromising on the depth each vertical needed.
How we built it.
PlatinumPOS is built as a vertical-aware POS — the same core, configured per-site for the venue type. Restaurants get table service and kitchen routing. Forecourts get pump integration. Salons get appointment workflows. All running off the same database, the same back-office, and the same KaChing Payments integration. Hardware is supplied alongside the software.
Where it is now.
PlatinumPOS is in continuous use across thousands of installations. KaChing Payments is the default integrated payment layer. The next-generation cross-platform client (OnPointPOS) is in active rollout for sites that want to move beyond Windows-only.
