OnPointPulse is the real-time alerting layer for every POS product in the OnPoint Group ecosystem. PlatinumPOS, FreshPOS, OnPointPOS — all of them push live operational signal to the operator's phone through a single, brand-aware app.
The problem we set out to solve.
Site managers and group operators don't sit at the back-office terminal all day. The events that matter — an aborted transaction, a cash drop, an offline terminal, a high-value sale — happen at the venue and need to reach the operator wherever they are. Without that, escalation is delayed and bad situations get worse.
How we built it.
We built OnPointPulse as a cross-platform Flutter app with a dedicated relay API and a Windows Service running at each site. Notifications carry context — what happened, where, when — with device approval workflows so only authorised devices receive alerts. Per-brand theming so PlatinumPOS, FreshPOS, and OnPointPOS each feel native.

OnPointPulse is live across the OnPoint POS ecosystem. Operators get the signal they need without sitting at a terminal.
