Jarvis on OverWatch is the internal command room for OnPoint Group operations — team communication, AI-assisted task management, automated reporting, and live oversight of every product in the stack. Not sold externally. Built and run for ourselves first.
The problem we set out to solve.
Running a portfolio of products means a constant stream of operational signal — releases, incidents, client requests, internal reviews — and no single place to see it all. Standard project tools handle tasks. Standard chat tools handle messages. None of them surface the next-most-important thing for an operator to look at right now.
How we built it.
Jarvis on OverWatch combines real-time team messaging, an AI assistant trained on the OnPoint Group context, automated weekly PDF report generation, and a system status overview into one operating surface. Built on Next.js with the Claude API as the assistant layer.
Where it is now.
Jarvis on OverWatch runs the operational rhythm for OnPoint Group. The weekly report ships automatically. The status board is always up. The AI assistant has read every project's spec.
