FreshPOS is the dedicated forecourt POS for fuel retailers — fuel sales, c-store retail, fleet card processing, and pump integration in one platform. Built for the operational reality of a forecourt: high transaction volume, mixed payment methods, regulated fuel reconciliation, and uptime that can't be negotiated.
The problem we set out to solve.
Generic POS products handle retail well and forecourts badly. Pump controllers are a separate system. Fleet cards are a third-party integration. Fuel reconciliation is manual. C-store sales sit in a different reporting bucket from fuel sales. The operator ends up with four systems where one would do.
How we built it.
We built FreshPOS specifically for forecourt operations — pump controller integration, PumpnPay QR payments at the pump, integrated KaChing Payments for in-store, fleet card processing, and unified reporting that puts fuel and c-store on the same page. Multi-site network support for groups running multiple stations.
Where it is now.
FreshPOS is live across fuel retail sites in South Africa. Continuously developed with new pump and payment-method integrations as the forecourt market evolves.
